She is a rock star, multi tasking and keeping things moving. Thank you Keisha for handling my new tire installation so efficiently when you were severly under staffed.”

“Gone here twice now. Once for 4 new tires and today for a repair. My tire had multiple issues. The tech Trey and Dave somehow replace a valve stem and found and sealed a leak and had me on the road in 10 minutes. $35 bucks. I thought they were kidding. I highly recommend”

Scheduling was easy, and the car was ready before our requested time. They also fortunately found a mistake that a previous mechanic had quite unfortunately made. They communicated quickly and clearly about what was discovered and shared photos of it. I especially appreciated their honesty that the repair is important but not urgent (and the given instructions on how to keep an eye on it in the meantime). “UPDATE- I was contacted by Eric the DM within 24hrs and he was very quick to offer a solution to the damage. It has been a few weeks now and my wheels have been repaired to new condition and are back on my car. He definitely restored my trust and I would be willing to do business with him again.
NEVER USE THIS LOCATION! Just had 4 new tires put on my Chevy Traverse and they damaged ALL 4 OF MY WHEELS! I paid a little over $1k for 4 new tires they were quick to get me scheduled and in for my service. My husband took it in and just came home we live in walking distance. I walked out to look at them and every one of my wheels are scratched up and have a sticky residue on them. I called and was told to take pictures. My husband is currently at the shop in person. This is NOT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT ALL. My 1st and last time using this company! The cost to repair my wheels will probably exceed the damn tires! If I have to contact a lawyer to get this made right I will.”

“I found a nail in my tire and stopped in to NAD after discovering another shop nearby was closed. I was greeted in a warm and friendly way by a mechanic. They were able to get me in right away and do the patch. While the mechanic worked, I had a great conversation with the owner, Ali, while I waited. Because it was so hot, he offered me a cold bottle of water. I plan to return to them for an oil change next time I need one. Definitely recommend.”
