“What my experience has been at public storage since my mother and I have gotten the storage room here the one on 26th and rangeline has been totally awesome Lynn has been the greatest help answering questions and being there if there's anything we needed as in what we can and cannot put in there and she explains why she's pretty awesome I would recommend this place to all my friends if they needed a storage actually I have he ended up getting one somewhere else before I could get get a chance to talk to him but any any other time I might need a storage I will darn sure right here because public storage you're awesome and then is the greatest I think well all the employees here are the greatest anyway I hope you have a blessed day and everyone else with the public storage company have a great day”

“I love storing my family's possessions with smartlock self storage. They are very secure, and if I have any questions or concerns, I can call on an attendant who can help me no matter what time or day I am calling. You can rent your storage unit online, and they have 24 hour access to your storage. You have a special app you use to access your unit at any time, and there are so many cameras at the storage units that the attendant you speak with can literally see you from 4 different angles at any given time. Every person I have had the privilege of talking to about my storage unit has been so friendly and very prompt on getting a resolution for me. They completely get an A++ on their customer service. (And they are American representatives, always) which I love because I hate having a language barrier......”

“It was perfect.The cost is absolutely economic and offers 24hr access with only one (code) secured entrance/exit.Their is no staff on site and no security other than cameras.The units have thin, slide style security bolts that are connected, weakly, to the unit door.My unit is missing a necessary bolt and nut to properly secure the door.But at the low price, still close to work, and the 24hr access. And it's close to a major business.So you get what you pay for, and sometimes economics and location are more important than personal and security.”
