“I was on vacation with two other couples. Well, we had a girls day one of the days and went clothes shopping. Well, we walked into your shop and there was so many cute clothes!! I already knew that I'd have to come back another day by myself. (I didn't want to take up the other girls time on me trying on a bunch of clothes) So guess what? I came back the very next day!! LOL It was great!! The same lady was there from the day before. She was so very helpful with helping me put my outfits together!! I felt like pretty woman!! LOL Thank you so to your staff member for being so nice to me. When I got back home (Chicago) I got compliments on my outfit even asking where did I get it. :-)”

“This is one of my favorite Ross stores. Not only is the selection incredible, but the staff is also outstanding. I lost a pair of sunglasses there. I had forgotten about it until I went back about six weeks later. I was pretty amazed when the staff remembered me and still had my sunglasses. Customer service A++”
“I go to this store every time I come to osage Beach. Prices are good, merchandise is wonderful, and a good selection of brand name dresses, purses, and shoes. The owners welcome you in, and so nice.”
“The Eddie Bauer Outlet has reasonable prices on reasonably good clothes. I like sort of outdoorsy pants, even to wear to work, especially with a few extra pockets, because I have a lot of pocket stuff. They usually have something I like. Sure, the stuff is probably made in a sweatshop just like everything else you can buy in this country, but there just aren't a lot of options.”
“I really like the selection of clothes at this location. Sometimes AE is a hit or miss for me depending on which store I am visiting, which is common, so sometimes I find cute pieces and sometimes I don't, but this store never disappoints! The associates are very friendly as well, and the store is neat and tidy. I always enjoy shopping here.”
“Their jeans aren't good quality for the price, but they always have good deals on their tops and other pants. The jeans aren't too bad when they do buy one get one free, bit these jeans aren't worth $60.”
