Under Armour Factory House offers good products at cheap prices with a great sale often available. The staff provides friendly, helpful, and best customer service. A past inconvenience was closed dressing rooms, but they have now reopened. The main drawback noted is that the location is far for some customers. Overall, it is a place shoppers like and return to with good things to say.
People are usually pretty nice. The newer people are not as helpful as the ones who have been there longer but we know the store and exactly what we want when we go in. Usually very organized and the wait is normally not long at all.
