“I was on vacation with two other couples. Well, we had a girls day one of the days and went clothes shopping. Well, we walked into your shop and there was so many cute clothes!! I already knew that I'd have to come back another day by myself. (I didn't want to take up the other girls time on me trying on a bunch of clothes) So guess what? I came back the very next day!! LOL It was great!! The same lady was there from the day before. She was so very helpful with helping me put my outfits together!! I felt like pretty woman!! LOL Thank you so to your staff member for being so nice to me. When I got back home (Chicago) I got compliments on my outfit even asking where did I get it. :-)”

“I hate shopping and know nothing about what to wear to any event. That being said, the staff who helped me pick a suit for a wedding made it a quick and pleasurable experience. Worth the money just because of her help. Took 5 minutes to get me in a very nice suit and out the door. A+ service.”

“10/10 customer service! i loved how they welcomed me in, and when i was looking at all the jeans for a buy one get one 50% off they helped me find what kind of jeans i was looking for! i went to the fitting rooms and they were able to get me different sizes and outfit ideas! and they got me two pairs of jeans with the buy one get one 50% off sale that are my favorite pairs i’ve ever owned. i was also able to save 30% of the price when i applied for their store card (which i 100% recommend), plus i got loads of points with all the denim i got too.”

“The Eddie Bauer Outlet has reasonable prices on reasonably good clothes. I like sort of outdoorsy pants, even to wear to work, especially with a few extra pockets, because I have a lot of pocket stuff. They usually have something I like. Sure, the stuff is probably made in a sweatshop just like everything else you can buy in this country, but there just aren't a lot of options.”

“Barbara is the best sales associate ever! Osage Beach Outlet has very limited selections so I can say this particular polo factory is the only reason I visit there. Her service here is very warm and helpful compare to the other polo stores I visited.”
