Great experience! The technician was great. He was on time and professional and extremely informative. I've lived in my home for 28 years and I thought I knew all there was to know about my fireplace (I was wrong). He politely explained what was wrong and fixed it all. I highly recommend. I will definitely use them again.

The technician for HMI repair visited our house to service a Vermont gas fireplace/stove. He was courteous, professional, and on time. He spent the necessary time to do the task accurately, to our satisfaction, and to the end. When I went into the store to schedule the appointment, I was likewise given fair and professional treatment. In my opinion, these are excellent folks to work with regarding the goods and services they offer. Many thanks, everyone.

The HMI repair tech came out to our home to work on a Vermont gas fireplace/stove. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He took the time to do the job correctly and see it through to completion and our satisfaction. I was also treated fairly and professionally when i visited the store to set up the appointment. From my view these are great people to do business with for the products they sell and service. Thanks guys.

HMI came out today and did an excellent job cleaning and checking the safety of our gas fireplaces. The fireplaces look and work like they're brand new! They were friendly, kept everything very clean as they worked, and most importantly did a great job!

I am in the market for a new fireplace insert. They had several options available but nobody assisted us so we left. There appears to be a nice assortment of wood burning fireplaces and gas inserts.
