“Dori and Aaron at the Osage Beach AT&T store we're both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We came in with a broken screen on an iPhone 11. They directed us how to go about getting it fixed, and presented several options. They did not try to upsell us. When we talked about the option of a trade-in (which we brought up), they were also very helpful and we eventually decided to do a trade in and move to an iPhone 16 Pro. They also told me about FirstNet, which I qualified for and which seems very helpful. We were very satisfied.”

I didn't get a phone that day, but went back two days later a purchase a phone. I felt with Abby she is super extremely nice and friendly. Either one of these young ladies is excellent. “I was in need of a shipping box that would accommodate a roll of wallpaper and needed a lengthy cylinder type box. I explained to the rep at the photo section, Betty, what I needed and asked if they sold those types of boxes. She confirmed they did not. However, she asked me to hold on for a second and she went to the back.....only to come back with a fishing rod box that was absolutely perfect for my shipment. (Keep in mind, I didn't need a new box.) She went above and beyond. Most employees would say they were sorry and move on but she took the time and effort to help me! This type of employee is rare! “Went to pick up my modem and router & it was very easy. Home setup was just as easy. Had problems paying my bill so headed to the Spectrum store and was quickly helped. Was supposed to pick up my hardware two weeks earlier but couldn't make it, so just came in to pick up the equipment. Turns out the earlier account was cancelled and a new one was set up. Just had to log in with new account number and set up username and password. Done very quickly.”

We choose the phone and she told us all our options for cases and screen protectors, and applied the liquid glass like a pro.
