“Hello Osage Beach Home Depot! On Monday, July 27th my husband sent me to your store with a list of 4 items to purchase. As he always does, he supplied me with a description of these four items needed, as he relies on employed assistance to help me located the needed items. I walked in your store and went to the “Customer Service” desk .. where I showed my husband’s list and politely asked for assistance finding these items. I encountered and communicated with a woman with “short brown hair” sitting there at the Customer Service counter as well as an older gray haired employee who was wearing a Home Depot vest. I was told by the gentleman that in no way could he help me locate these items, all he could offer was to point me toward the “paint aisle”. Mind you the store was not busy at all .. this gentleman was merely standing at the Customer Service counter just visiting with the ladies at this counter..I as a paying customer, I was an inconvenience to him and the lady both .. I was shocked and beyond disappointed! Well, I set off to find the “paint department”. As I was intently looking for the painting aisle, a gentleman named WILLIAM CECIL asked me if I needed assistance.. I, of course, was desperate for help…and said YES PLEASE! Mr. Cecil singularly helped me locate all four items from my husband’s list. I was beyond APPRECIATIVE..I sure hope Me. Cecil will be recognized for his Awesome Customer Service Assistance ... and as far as the “other two” .. well, if you aren’t there to assist customers.. why are you there?? Thank You William Cecil!!!!”

“Great store good service friendly people. Has new stuff on its displays. Landscaping poles were bad no straight ones most had bad cracks in them.
