After checking the time of closing of the drive-thru, which says 5:30 p.m., I went to First Mid Bank only to find out that the drive-thru closes at 5:00 p.m., not 5:30 p.m. as the website has said. Somebody needs to update their information.

People in the bank are helpful and pleasant. That does not make up for having a truly terrible app, terrible online, terrible customer support phone service, terrible debit card functionality. So, many things that make everyday banking virtually impossible.

We recently financed our home at Lake of the Ozarks with FirstMid. We also moved all of our banking services to them as well. Anything we have done with them has been seamless and professional. Its great to walk into a bank and have people know who you are!
