After spending 30 minutes trying to get past the AI, I finally get to a human that I could not understand due to bad phone connections. The AI came through clearly. I also tried to call our local branch just to find out that there is NO customer service at the branch. No humans.

Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Someone from corporate should pay a visit and educate the employees. This is a business that works for the public and they have lost direction. It’s starts from the top down. Horrible leadership. Where there’s no control there’s chaos.
