Dear Verizon store, I want to share with you how awesome Noah was. I spent a total of 13 1/2 hours with Apple support this last week and they were unable to help me with my phone and within five minutes Noah had the situation resolved. Beyond that he was so very professional, pleasant, and very patient with me. He deserves a raise and a promotion if only there were more like him. You need more employees like Noah. I had to get a new phone last week as my old LG was worn out. I visited the Osage Bech Verizon store. Alyssa greeted me as soon as I walked in. I explained to her what I needed and she hooked me up with a new Samsung. It was the best sales experience I've had with Verizon. I've been a customer since the early 90s. I've had several phones in that time. Alyssa was super. She explained everything. She made sure I understood everything, transferred everything from my old phone and made sure I was comfortable with the new phone. She was thorough, patient and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience. I can't sing her praises enough. She is definitely a keeper. I feel like I made a new friend. Thank you so much Alyssa.

Very positive experience. Did not have to wait long. Alyssa is kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Alyssa went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I got the best deal for our needs as well as upgrading our phones to iPhone 16 pro. We never felt pressured or that we were an inconvenience, even though Alyssa stayed well beyond closing to ensure we were completely cared for. I am happy to recommend this Verizon store and especially pleased to highly recommend Alyssa. Thank you.

Outstanding service at the a Osage Beach Verizon store!! We had perfect service there helping us with all our questions regarding our 2 new phones purchased two days ago in another state, and even addressed some things we didn't even think to ask about. Both employees Ian and Alyssa go above and beyond helping customers with their cell phone needs of all kinds.

I had an outstanding experience with Dionel at Verizon. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my needs, explained my options clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with the best plan and device for me. Dionel’s patience and attention to detail really stood out—he made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and even enjoyable. Verizon is lucky to have him, and I’ll definitely be back because of the service he provided. Highly recommend asking for Dionel if you're visiting!

Alyssa did a great job explaining the cost and plans available. She even talked my wife on speaker phone what we were getting. Very pleasant to work with. She helped with getting information from one phone to the new one.
