My partner was just in the Osage Beach office to get his unlocked iPhone reactivated (he got a Galaxy to try it out, but decided iPhone was better for him), and a simple task of accessing his account, grabbing the IMEI and installing the eSIM turned into roughly 2 hours of nonsense.To start, he went in and said he just wanted to get it reactivated. The AREA MANAGER (I think his name was Mike) misinterpreted that as "my phone is running slow," so he accesses his browser history and cache without consent and clears it, as well as closes all his tabs on Safari. Mind you, he had important and unrecoverable stuff open, so not only can he not access it from his tabs, but he can't even go back to his history to get back to what he was doing.Not only that, but he practically manhandled his phone and dropped it (a device valued at $1,200).And to top it all off, I had looked at it and there were 2 eSIMS, one in which was still in "activating" status so it really wasn't even installed properly.As somebody that has worked in the phone industry for around a year, this would have been a simple task, had the area manager not come in and screw everything up. The representative he was originally working with was kind of new so he took over, not communicating with the customer OR the employee he was "assisting."Do better!

We had the best experience working with Nicole Stewart yesterday. She went above and beyond to help our family! We had purchased two new iPhones at the Springfield, MO store the day before with no help or information on how to set them up properly. One of the phones had an issue so we stopped at the Osage Beach store while traveling through the Lake yesterday, in hopes of getting some help to figure it out. Nicole not only helped us fix that issue, she helped us upgrade one of our other kids phones with discounts that the Springfield store never even told us about! She took the time we needed and never made us feel rushed. She was a stellar employee and we appreciated her patience and caring so much!!

The Osage Beach Verizon store is super I switch from a different carrier a few years back when the store first opened. I have been nothing but pleased with their service, their dependability and their knowledge. Nicole Stewart is the very best representative. Number one she knows what she’s doing. She knows her products. She explains things very thoroughly. She has the patience, of a saint. She Is always cheerful and helpful. She is very thorough and explaining plans and products and what to expect and she also puts it in writing for you. She provides you with her phone number and email and encourages you to contact her if you have any questions. I highly recommend her and the Verizon store in Osage Beach. Verizon has very Competitive plans and they have done what they said they would do and have stayed to the plan wiithout additional price increases.C. Solomon

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Sometimes there is a wait. You just have to be patient or come back another time. I have been Verizon over 30 years. They have never disappointed me. I get great service, a great plan and good value.

Jullian was absolutely amazing. We had a huge issue with billing about an international plan so we had to call the help line. She was nothing less than an absolutely perfect advocate on our behalf. If there were more than 5 stars available I would give it. Give her a raise.

Jullian Terhune was an amazing help today. After having a couple bad experiences with other reps, she was able to help me out with billing issues. I was on the verge of leaving Verizon because of years of miscommunication. I will continue to stay with Verizon due to Jullian’s help and professionalism.

Fantastic service from Megan. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She set up my husband's iphone with ease. We were very impressed with her. I would also like to add that I needed to come back two days later for questions on my iphone and Jullian was outstanding! Great staff at this location.

Great customer service! Nicole helped me when I came in to start my own line for the first time and made the process so easy! She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process. You can tell she really cares about the customers experience, she’s awesome!!

Krissa M. was so awesome to work with. My phone was out of commission for 5 days. Verizon Customer Support was horrible. They could not figure what was wrong. I called them everyday to see if they had an answer for me. I was told they would send the issue on up the chain and I would her from them tomorrow. Nope, nobody called. I went to the Verizon store in Osage and Krissa M. was able to figure out what was wrong with my phone. She was on the phone with Verizon Customer Service and was telling them what they needed to do on there end to fix my problem. I left there with my phone work and I am so grateful that Krissa was in that day and could get this problem resolved. Thank You

Her knowledge was amazing and she was able to explain the operation in terms I could understand. Megan was very friendly. Her professionalism was exceptional. 1st Verizon I have been to where the person could actually help. Jillian was very helpful. She spent a lot of time checking every option for us. Would definitely recommend asking for her if you need assistance.
