He remembered my husband from before and was able to help us fix a complicated situation and waived any extra fee for us. He was very personable. He said that some people come from far away just to go to this particular location to do their business with him. I believe it. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer and is happy to be there. I have never met any other banker/teller with such a positive attitude like his.”
