“I have been with CNB Bank for almost 20 years, through good times and bad times. CNB Bank has always been a bank I could talk to. At other banks (especially the big banks) I felt more like a number dealing with low level managers that had inflexible rules that didn't work with my business problems. We arrived at 5:05pm after being turned away from First Bank for a service for elderly customers that many banks refuse to participate in. The staff at CB opened their doors for us, welcomed my mother in, and Micaela spent the next 45 minutes after hours helping my mother get this special account set up. We were so happy to complete this and that she was willing to stay to help us. Her efforts went above and beyond and will not be forgotten.”
