Everyone there was wonderful. Michele, another amazing nurse, was incredibly helpful and stepped in when my blood draw didn’t go as planned—she absolutely saved the day with her confidence, positive attitude, and outstanding bedside manner. Even the staff member who handled my EKG made me feel comfortable during the process.
I genuinely hope I get to see this same team again when I return to this location. As someone who works over forty hours a week without employer-provided medical insurance, navigating healthcare can be difficult, especially having to pay out of pocket. That made the compassion and quality of care I received here even more meaningful.”

“I appreciate the service I received. As soon as I got there, I spoke to the staff to inform her I have an appointment, but I had to stop at the restroom before I arrived, because I didn’t see my name on the screen. She asked did I have an appointment, I said “yes”. She asked did I check in? I replied “yes”. I showed her the check in on my phone. So she didn’t see my name on her screen. She asked me to go to the kiosk and check in that way, then my name should pop up. It did, so she asked me to come to her desk. She checked me in and took me to the back to have my bloodwork done. I explained to agent that my son went to the restroom and he has “autism” if she could let my son know that I am in the back. I described what he has on. She was sooo NICE to bring my son to the back where I was at, because reality she didn’t have to do that. I really did GREATLY APPRECIATE HER SERVICE. That really made my day. This was “AWESOME SERVICE, and AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. The lady who administered the bloodwork was really friendly, nice, good attitude, attentive, communicative and we had a nice chat. I love the service I had received this day, because my last visit wasn’t that great.”

“I have terrible anxiety around blood draws, but this may be the best experience I've ever had with it. I will probably misspell her name, but Trey was amazing 👏👏👏 It takes a lot of skill to not only draw blood on the first try but to also do so while keeping someone calm and distracted when they think they're about to pass out. I was put at ease by the confidence of the staff members who were all kind and helpful. I'll definitely try to go back to this location for future needs.”
“Medical situations make me really nervous, esp. when I go somewhere new for the lab work. But this location is so close to my house that it is hard to pass it up. The ladies who work the desk are very sweet, but also honed in on the next patient who walks in. So everyone gets taken care of ASAP. And the same with the
lady who did my mammogram.
Very friendly, yet focused on taking care of my procedure.

“I just had blood work done and had a great experience. The staff was very professional. An ex-military phlebotomist drew my blood, and I didn’t feel a thing. If you’re going in for blood work, don’t forget to drink at least a gallon of water beforehand—they need to draw blood, and staying hydrated really helps.”

“I came in with no appointment, checked in, and waited maybe about 20 min. There were 3 people in front of me. The technician, Janice, was really good. I usually get poked several times before I get any blood out, and this technician did a great job all quick, no pain, only poked me once and got me out in 5 min.”
“I've been going to this location for years and I've never, I mean never experienced what others have written a review about. I'm really sorry for all their bad encounters. I was there a few weeks back and the staff has always been super friendly, nice, professional, Custer service-oriented and helpful. Music is always playing, the staffs mood is always on point and all of my questions - if any, are always answered. I understand majority of businesses are short staffed amd some staff members patience are thin, because of the employer, however, we have a job to do and it's our duty being front faced individuals to fulfill to the highest standards!!! “Despite initial hesitation due to mixed reviews, my recent lab visit was a very positive experience. I arrived around 3:20 PM and was surprised to be in and out in under 20 minutes. The process was quick and efficient; after checking in at the kiosk, the screens displayed how many people were ahead of me. The staff was very friendly, making the entire visit much more comfortable than anticipated.”
