“The is the second sleep study I have had to have done in the last 5 years and this was by far the best. The staff was nice and made sure I had what I needed to be comfortable the entire time. The rooms were private with full size comfy beds and not at all like a hospital room/bed which is what I expected since my last one was that way. Thank you Amanda and Tom for putting up with me and making my stay easy. The entire staff there was just wonderful throughout. Thank you all!”

“The minute I walked in to TAUC I felt a caring attitude. I called in at 6 am to get an appointment and was #2 on the list. This is a great benefit and I hope more people find out about it. After talking to the Dr., she thought maybe I needed an ultrasound to make sure that I did not have a blood clot. I was referred to another TAUC across town and had a 3:45 appointment there. Again with a caring attitude, I was taken care of promptly.The ultrasound tech explained everything to me and answered all my questions. After the radiologist read the ultrasound, the Dr.came in and reassured me that I did NOT have a blood clot and I could travel the next day. Both appointments combined took less than 2 hours. I can't imagine how much time I would have spent in an Emergency room.”

“I got to tell you this place needs 10 stars if you could.. I did my test at home on 11/1.. Returned the equipment on 11/2. Buy 11/7 I got the results. Severe Sleep apnea.. Jill had someone drive to my doctors at St Lukes in person. They got the prescription buy noon. Jill called me and said can you get here by one. After Charlie took almost an hour to show me everything about and walked out the door by 2. This place cares about what the do and they go above and beyond to help people sleep. Thanks Jill, Charlie and Tiffany!!! . By the way, first time I have ever left a review to and business.”

While there are closer Labcorp patient service center to our home, my husband and I always come to this location based on the positive experiences we have had.”

“Can't say enough good things about this location! Front desk folks are always pleasant and kind. I was there recently for my Mom, who's 86, to get a CT scan. Tom, the tech who performed the scan, was WONDERFUL!! So patient and gentle with my Mom who has very bad knees and was leary of being flat on her back for the scan. Tom took such good care of her and gave her clear instructions and before we knew it, the scan was over! Very grateful for the way my Mom was treated that day. Thank you!!!”

I received a text message letting me know I could come in the waiting area.My wait time was about 5 minutes. The technician was gentle and pain free. They are always pleasant.The bathroom could have used some sprucing up and there were urine samples from others left in there that needed to be collected. Otherwise it was fine.”

“People are very nice here and it’s very efficient. but it so confusing and impossible to find. No signage anywhere in the facility. The directly says ground floor but impossible to find. There are signs everywhere but no Quest signs at all. In the area that it’s in has signs for every service center but the lab.”

“Is it weird to say I had a delightful experience at a TSA screening? Well, I did. Miss Cassandra took great care of me, greeting me in a friendly manner and took me back to a room very quickly after I signed in. From there, she took all the requisite forms, scanning them while chit-chatting with me and making what could have been an anxious, or, at the very least, boring, experience, pleasant and easy. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and SO glad I went, as it was a task I'd been putting off for months.”
