The location is highly recommended and noted for always having plenty of inventory. Some customers note that the service can be expensive, but overall they cannot complain. It is considered the best U-Haul in STL.
Vincent and Theresa were a great help. I called the 1800 number to get help and they were horrible. And ended up hanging up. So I called the store directly and they did everything under their control to find a solution to my issue. They are the best!

Love love this location. Everyone is super helpful ... helped me with all my moving needs . Even pulled the truck up for me ... had storage for a long while and never rised the price for my unit .
