I would like to know where my package is. I received a text saying you attempted to deliver my package and I was here no one tried to deliver it. I went through my camera footage and no one tried to deliver anything!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't live in this zip code but I utilize this branch frequently. I've never had any issues with shipping anything certified or priority. The ladies are usually kind and helpful. Hopefully it continues to be this way.

I came up here to get submit my application for a passport. My appointment was for 12:45. The website says arrive 15 minutes early. I called at 12:15 to confirm my appointment. I arrived at 12:30 to be informed that the lady who does the passports went to lunch and she would not be back until one. I was asked to go across the street to Walgreens to get my picture done because their camera was broken.
I scheduled my appointment for a passport and a picture. It’s twelve o’clock in the afternoon, which means whatever appointments were scheduled the employee over passports should’ve been aware. I should’ve also received a call informing me what the camera was broken. I shouldn’t be sent on a goose chase because the employees are lazy and cannot properly communicate.

HORRIBLE USPS. If you live in the area that is serviced by this USPS, half of the time they won’t even deliver your mail. I have had to physically drive to this location to get mail I’ve been expecting for 4+ days numerous times.
In one instance, I had a live tropical fish shipped to my house, and they held it at their warehouse in the cold for 5 DAYS without notifying me in any way that I had a held package.
In one instance, upon picking up my mail whilst looking for a birthday card (because they weren’t delivering mail regularly of course) I got my envelope that was WIDE OPEN and someone had clearly opened it before it even left the facility. Thankfully nothing was stolen.

I am seeking input from individuals who have moved within the last year and experienced difficulties changing their address with the USPS. Despite numerous online attempts, I receive an error message indicating that my billing address is incorrect, which is not the case. I have also visited the post office three times, filled out the required form, and presented my identification, yet my mail remains undeliverable to my new address. Have others encountered similar issues?

Waiting and waiting what a lie thay said couldn't make delivery because of inaccessible to door all from 2 inches of snow witch I woke up early and made sure my snow was fully cleared and even waiting for them all day and thay did not even make an attempt but thay said thay did me are the camera did not see them at all what a joke!

I understand now why they have a 2-star rating I don't know what postmaster is running this place but this is by far the worst post office I've had to deal with. The manager is very rude. That's unacceptable behavior coming from a position of power. The postmaster should be ready and available for customer's concerns and issues. I asked about my mail and I was met with disrespect, simultaneously another customer walked in saying they hadn't received their mail as well.
