Listening to him. Wondering who is getting bitten. Lol but when he came back to the room? Numbwr one. He attacked no one. Number 2? Boydid the putrid smell fill up that room. Haha but i was glad and he was even happier to have it over. Very knowledgeable vet clinic. Was very easy to get in. I had actuallytold them i wild call back to set up the appointment? Which i never did. By accident? And i arrived? They told me i did not have an appt. But they saw mine roof roof anyways. So thank u ladies and gents that i disnt see. U guys are awesome.”

“At this visit, my senior cat (18.9 yrs) got liter caught in her fur and was matted. This caused her to limp. County Animal Hospital got her an appointment quickly, soaked her paw, gave her an antibiotic, some treats and we were headed home in no time. I trust CAH with all 3 of our kitties. “Barrett Station is my st Louis Vet and I enjoy every visit . Certainly more than Rascal does . Front desk is always lovely and calm and it might be busy but never hectic.

“I have had to spend Thousands on my bullterriers feet to keep up with her nails. It’s always been very difficult but this vet took 10 minutes and $23 to get the job done.
They are also amazing with Puppies and make sure all of Your fur babies are comfortable with whatever they need done.”

I took my dog Taz here after his adoption to follow up on vaccines and most recently had him neutered here as well. Dr. Christiansen and the rest of the staff are full of knowledge and always welcoming. I love how close to home this vet is and visits here are a quick in and out! Always efficient and worth the price.”

“I love this place. My cat had maggots on him and I took him to the Brentwood er veg and sat there for almost 9 hours. Finally the vet (who really shouldn't be one) came and talked to us saying that it would be over a thousand dollars to sedate him and clear it out. So, we waited until morning to take him to the Normandy location and they looked at him and gave him some medicine (which was way cheaper here) and he's doing better. This place is top notch and would recommend coming here instead of the Brentwood er.”
“Dr. Cacciotoli and the entire staff at the Cat Clinic are wonderful! It’s evident that they all care deeply for cats and do their best to make our kitties’ visits comfortable. Dr. Cacciotoli goes above and beyond when a client’s cat is ill. I could not recommend her enough!”
“My daughter had to bring her cat into the office on an emergency. They took her back, no questions asked. Unfortunately, they were not able to save her. ?.
The take away is the compassion that every single one in the office displayed. My daughter was devastated and they gave her all the time she needed to say goodbye. This cat was the best. You think the way she followed my daughter around and waited while she was in the bathroom, that she was a dog. Our hearts are broken.

“Got right in on our appointment time and informed us of worse case scenario pricing and that was nice to kind of know. Luckily the Doc was not concerned and didn’t try and upsell any of the tests the proposed. My pets eyes were back to normal with in a day of seeing them I think it was something in his eye and it came out on its own. They were great!! We love this place!!”

“We have gone to Cross Keys since our dog was a new puppy, and she is 18 now! We drive from CWE to see them! They saved us a lot of money one time when we went camping and she got covered in tics. Because we wanted to address it immediately but it was Sunday, we went to Banfield who advised us they charge $20 per tic to pick them off. It would have cost us hundreds and we were young and broke back then. I would have done it but first I decided to call Cross Keys, they said just get an over the counter flee collar and they will drop off really quickly on their own, and it worked great and really quickly for $15! Now in her old age they are helping us make sure she stayed healthy and feels comfortable, with what feels like a really honest feedback on what she needs and what matters, vs things they probably could make a buck on but is a natural part of aging and better off left alone at her age. I really appreciate them and have always felt they know what they are talking about so well, and care first and foremost about taking the best care possible of our pup.”
“Got my make cat fixed here,they were awesome 💯 could not figure out why my cat didn't have a round thing Round his head when we got home,went and bought one ,got it on and this cat went freaken nuts,I understand now, he's healed up and so much more chill and no spraying...THNK YOU SO MUCH CAROL HOUSE3,YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME 💯💯”

“We’ve been taking our cat to Hillside for 3 or 4 years now. Our poor little cat has had quite a few ailments recently, as he’s now a senior cat. Hillside always gives him fantastic care, so much love and kindness. They will answer every question and give you all the options available. They also love to tell us how much they love our cat and that he’s well-loved amongst all the techs. :) fantastic care. We even moved and now it’s a bit further to get to Hillside, but we’ll always keep coming to them.”
