“I have lived here for a while and it is one of the best managed apartments I’ve ever lived in. Michelle is so helpful and kind and everyone I ever speak to in the office is great! Maintenance comes to get the fixes done within the day and I have always felt heard and understood every time I need something! The rent is reasonable and all of my neighbors are absolutely lovely! I love my building so much. ❤️ Everyone is kind and respectful of each other around them!This place is so very special to me and I really appreciate the effort that is put into this place on a personal level. I was in dire need of housing due to a big life change and Michelle and the staff at Ozark Plantation were there and so kind and understanding.If you’re a good tenant, they will take care of you!”

“Love living here! I am going on my 3rd yr of living here. I have never had any issues with the Manager she is great and keeps control of the property. The grounds are always clean and kept up. Last summer my a/c went out. It was replaced in a timely manner. I feel safe here. The only thing I wish is for new carpet... Or since I am such a loyal tenetant a free cleaning... (smile)”

“I love living here! It’s very quiet and peaceful and all my neighbors are nice. I also appreciate how affordable the price of rent is here, especially with how expensive other places have become. They keep up the property very well. I see the maintenance man picking up trash in the parking lot daily which is nice because nobody wants to see litter everywhere. He’s also timely responding to maintenance requests. I like that we can make them in the app instead of having to call.Overall I love my apartment and I plan on staying here for a while :)”

“These are a GREAT price for the amount of space and the location. You cannot beat the direct and personal communication that comes from Terry. Maintenance is timely, and kind. They take good care of the community. Very reasonable pet policy as well! The one down side is the some neighbors aren’t particularly conscious about where they leave cigarette butts, but that is not the fault of management. I really liked living here and would recommend it to friends.”

“We moved to Mo. from out of state Pa.last April.Through what seemed endless searching we kept coming back to settling here.As a senior couple with some disabilities it was a good decision.Management helped make it possible to put together the pieces of our long distance move.
