“I chose to renew at Willow Creek for many reasons. All the staff is courteous. I believe I am heard by them when I ask for assistance. The grounds are kept up beautifully. The residents are very nice also. There's a good community here with plenty of opportunities to participate in activities at the club house. Lisette is beyond amazing. She helped me with my lease. She is very personable.She is very caring. Her appearance is very professional. It is so nice to have a permanent manager . The maintenance people are very attentive to my needs.”

“Haven't had any trouble getting maintenance when needed even on Sunday night. It's quiet here. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Getting close to another lease. We love living here very spacious apartments. Complex is clean and they get to treating the sidewalks and parking lots as soon as it's safe for them to get here. Several onsite maintenance were out treating the walkways several times during my first snow. It's a good place to rent.”
“I have lived here for about 6 months now and it has been the best experience. I have had a few minor issues but when I email Terry is always friendly and fast to respond. Maintenance has always been fast and friendly when they are here to fix anything I have reported.”
“I cannot wait to get my apartment here! The apartments are beautiful! Not a cookie cutter apartment like every other apartment complex I have looked at. The layout is different than most, the paint is a nice soothing color, nice Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, nice walk-in closet in the master, they even have a trash valet service! The grounds are beautiful. Cannot wait to use the saltwater hot tub and swimming pool! The elevator is a huge plus! The Building, gym, community room, hallways… Everything about this community is excellent! So clean and well kept! It felt comfortable just walking through on my tour and I know I will feel at home and be proud to let people know I live here ! The apartment manager, Makayla, is what sealed the deal for me! She has the greatest personality, and she keeps her community in tiptop shape! Such a pleasure to work with also! I am in the middle of closing on my home and she worked with me so I could get a good move-in date and make it a seamless moving experience. I cannot give enough praise. I would give 10 stars if possible.”

“Wonderful apartment complex. Built by the best and occupied by great people. I absolutely love the property managers. They are kind and attentive and helpful. The community room holds a LOT of people for family reunions (foosball anyone?) and the two pools are amazing. Kensington is in a great area of town. Easy access to James River freeway, fairly close to I44 and not a bad Uber ride to downtown for local fun. It’s just a great place to live.”
“I've lived here for about a month now and I really like it. There is a homeless camp right by it but i live in the apartments right by the camp and I've never had any issues. I come home late at night from work and most of the time I think it is a safe environment. In terms of staff and grounds it seems to always be a struggle sometimes to get ahold of someone at the office and i think the grounds and areas for the tenants could be a little cleaner and nicer the laundry room is a little too dirty to do laundry in. The dog park has some good amenities but the cleanup of the area could be better.”
“Overall very good experience here, the staff here are always very friendly. The manager (Tucker) is awesome and has been able to help me out with any questions and concerns I have. Apartment overall is nice, very spacious and open, me personally I haven’t had any issues with loud neighbors. Have had a few issues with some appliances in the apartment, But maintenance always does their best to try and fix/replace them as soon as possible, always enjoy talking to Clifton one of the maintenance guys when he is in the apartment. Location wise is also very convenient, It is in the center of Springfield so everything you need is very close.”
“Nothing but respect for them. They got me into my apartment way quicker than i thought.!. And ive only had one issue with the stove and they got it fixed the same day.!. Definitely worth renting though them.”

She gave me a tour of 3 different floor plans. And has walked me through the application process! Great service overall! No complaints! ?”
