“I love living here! It’s very quiet and peaceful and all my neighbors are nice. I also appreciate how affordable the price of rent is here, especially with how expensive other places have become. They keep up the property very well. I see the maintenance man picking up trash in the parking lot daily which is nice because nobody wants to see litter everywhere. He’s also timely responding to maintenance requests. I like that we can make them in the app instead of having to call.Overall I love my apartment and I plan on staying here for a while :)”

“We’ve loved living here at Marion Park for the past 9 months! We’ve only needed maintenance once which was fixed quickly, and have never had issues otherwise. The property staff is really nice and always willing to help and there are fun apartment life activities and cool food trucks here for residents. The property is well maintained and clean, and the size of our 1bedroom is huge If we weren’t moving out of state we would definitely be renewing our lease here!”

“These are a GREAT price for the amount of space and the location. You cannot beat the direct and personal communication that comes from Terry. Maintenance is timely, and kind. They take good care of the community. Very reasonable pet policy as well! The one down side is the some neighbors aren’t particularly conscious about where they leave cigarette butts, but that is not the fault of management. I really liked living here and would recommend it to friends.”

“Friendly staff. After new management of the complex took over, things improved quite a bit. Several great amenities. Internet is reliable and more than sufficient for HD streaming and work from home setup. New construction has caused some arduous situations, but only temporary. Relatively safe, comfortable and clean. Rarely hear “neighbors” through the walls. My stay here has varied in experiences. Some good. Some bad. Still a quality complex to call home.”

The staff and maintenance are all wonderful and if any problems arise they are fixed quickly. This is a great place to live if you are a student!”

“I love the golf course views.. this place was very peaceful until the expansion. Maintenance people work very hard.Only downside is the traffic that runs so fast to get in and out. Everyone is in a hurry. Some people are driving 30-40 mph through the parking lot!! Some people also have pit bulls and Rottweilers. I don't trust being around them. You also need to be careful about where you step bc dog poop is everywhere.”

Management here has been helpful as we make this transition. Recently became aware just how wonderful our mail box area is--out of the wind and rain!”
