They are much better than the people who deal with arthritic knees and stuff. Dr. Kubik treated me today. In my opinion, the arthritic knee people are not qualified to carry guts to a hog.”
“Today the pharmacist Gary truly went above and beyond in the most meaningful way! On Sunday’s they close at 6pm. I had called to voice my concerns about my two prescriptions that I desperately needed to make the scheduled delivery time between 4 and 6 PM. I called the pharmacy and spoke to Gary around 5:15 PM knowing it was getting close to closing time to ask the status of these prescriptions. I had prior placed the order for. Gary knew I was very worried via my phone call about how late it was getting and the delivery of my prescriptions. Well, let me tell you that 15 minutes until closing a.k.a. Gary getting off work. He made a point to call me and let me know that my prescriptions in fact had been picked up and would be delivered and not to worry. For the fact that he was almost off work and to take the time to ease my mind and make a phone call to me to let me know that all is well absolutely 100% meant the world to me!! I can only hope that other businesses will take such pride in their work to truly make sure the customer is 100% taken care of like Gary did today. One simple phone call to me, made the entire difference in my day and I am so so grateful! I feel in my heart that Gary has truly set the bar, and I can only hope that other businesses will fall in his lead!!”
