“Dropped off packages here (Benjamin-moor/Ace hardware) after I got turned down by CVS in Nixa, because I had too many packages. These people are super duper nice and friendly, even helped me carry boxes from the car! All while with smile! Don't bother going anywhere else. Thank you so much!!”

“Too the customers and the workers who helped my fiancee Monday afternoon after he passed out, thank you so much. We really appreciate you. He got 9 staples, we will come in and thank you in person when he is well enough.”

“On Thursday 6-11-26, was my first visit to the Mail It store on N. Farmer Branch rd. in Ozark, MO. When I walked in I was impressed with the cleanliness, and well organized, prepped and stocked the store was. Even with first eye contact with the female employee, I was greeted with a friendly smile when making eye contact with the female employee. She was helping other customers in line in front of me. I later found out her name was Kelly. She was very personable, professional, fast and efficient.
I would recommend Mail it to anyone wanting great customer service. Kelly was awesome! This will be our new go to place for shipping.
Thanks again, Kelly.
Sincerely,
A new satisfied, (soon to be repeat) customer.”
