“They are great! When I came in i was greeted with a smile and a question of how I am doing? They were very helpful and got my items turned in very quickly. The line was long but moved very fast because it seemed like all of the staff new what they were doing! This is my favorite ups store.”

Occasionally I stop by the South National location and am always struck by the difference in customer service in comparison to the Battlefield location. “I went in here to drop off a car title to send off for or vehicle that had been damaged in a storm and couldn't find an envelope and the employee could tell I didn't know what I was looking for and asked me if I needed help. She called me up to the counter and was very helpful and told me she had everything behind the counter and that it was free to send it off to the destination. We've always had to use UPS or USPS. This was the 1st time we were told to use FedEx so we were lost. Your employees were very helpful.”
“I currently work here. If I plan on staying a company driver I will stay with the company. Best company driver position I've ever had. Great hours I go in at 9:30am each day and work about 8-10 hours. Mon-fri. Good money free food all the time. Good free/cheap benefits.”
“These ladies were wonderful, give them a raise. it would of been a quick in and out but on the way out I found I lost my phone. I wasn't in a good mood over this. They went out of their way to help me. Since I lyfted over, they not only let me use their phone to try to locate my phone, but got me a cab”
“I had a small package that I needed to get to a friend of mine in another state and I had no idea how to get it there or the best way to do it. Your employees went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend to any of my friends that need to ship something to use your services. The young lady and the young man that worked there that I interacted with were exceptional. And I didn't have to wait long at all I think I was there less than 10 minutes maybe 5 to 7 minutes. And I've got a tracking number for my package to see when it's delivered. Thank you again for the greatest service I could have imagined.”

“Heather and Louisa at the front counter deserve a HUGE SHOUT OUT!!! Someone in line for the front counter today, was obviously in a hurry and thought that her mailing/shipping needs were very important. She was rude to the person in front of her, huffing while in line, and then VERY rude to Heather when it was her turn.
Heather kept her cool and was very clear with with this impatient women what information was needed to assist her and what information she was legally allowed to give out.
I'm sure if you watch the surveillance video, you will be impressed as well.

“Quick and easy to do business. Change of address only took 10 minutes at most. Received a confirmation email also. Mail started being delivered the following Monday.”
“Not really sure why there are tons of negative reviews about any particular location. These locations are here to help you with packages that were unable to be delivered. I have a lot of these as I require my merchandise to be signed for. I don't necessarily love having to go to the Bennett location to pick up my mail but the people there are nice and they do the job I'm asking them to do. James is someone who always has a smile on his face, and always knows exactly where my package is.
