“My family and I are thrilled that Ozark has an Aldi store. We were there on opening day and appreciate Aldi very much. Hoping that in the future, there will be even more organic and gluten free products. Everyone is helpful, but I'd like to recognize a special employee who went above and beyond. I lost an important paper while shopping at Aldi recently. I returned to the store within 15 minutes when I realized that it was missing. I started looking for it around the store, and I found an employee named Peyton who was not only extremely friendly, but helpful as well. He had found my paper after I left, and kept it in case I returned. He could have thrown it away but cared enough to put it aside. He also took the time to answer my questions that I had regarding two products. He was knowledgeable, friendly and caring and wished me a nice day. Peyton is a top notch employee and I hope that he is recognized by management as well. Thank you, Karen S.”
“5 stars for the kind and helpful employees and the job they do. Should deduct star for how corporate is just letting the place fall apart. More leaking spots are added every time it rains and there’s trash and everywhere to catch the water. The big wigs need to do the right thing and repair the roof and ceiling for both the customers and the employees sake. It’s unsightly and it makes the place stink sometimes.”
