“I buy all my groceries here, though I think their delivery service fees they stack on top of DoorDash is a bit unnecessary. They used to offer their own delivery service with their own drivers pre-pandemic, but then replaced the drivers with gig workers, but kept the annual delivery fee. Overall though, much less evil than Walmart.”

“Excellent place, easy to get in, easy to get out... the work staff is very friendly ?... my load took a while but it's a spacious place for setbacks, don't worry about that detail... the restrooms are very clean... you can stay overnight... the place is very wide just enter slowly and follow the arrows”

“The most helpful grocery experience I've ever had! I went there for multiple uncommon items. They had all but one. Multiple employees went above and beyond trying to help me find harissa paste. When we couldn't, they said they would order it in for next time! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.”

“Fantastic Store, Honest Employees!This is my regular Price Cutter store. I shopped there on Sunday, 3/10 and walked away without my debit card. On 3/13 I realized I had misplaced my card and retraced my steps. I called the store to see if they might have it. The gentleman who was working at Customer Service asked me to verify the account number and I went to pick it up. He said that the cashier found the card and turned it in. That says a lot about the cashier and the customer service clerk. I really appreciate all they do to make the store shine.”
“To whatever extent a Walmart can be pleasant, this one serves as a shining example of that standard. Checkout times are always brief, the staff seem to be competent human beings and, although the selection is limited by its designation as a neighborhood market, the items available are of adequate quality and well presented. I try to avoid going to Walmart often, but if I must, this is the one location in Springfield that I will go out of my way to patronize.”
“It's a neighborhood store not a Walmart good selection but typically the prices are a bit higher in the city location. There are less than desirable people who hang around and stare you up. Parking lot needs stripped and re-lined for proper parking spaces, as is now people just pull in a pile and jam everybody up.”

“Christmas Eve and we missed our grocery pickup slot. They close it off at 8p & we arrived at 8:10. However Carson stepped in & came to our rescue at customer service, with a big smile & made sure we received our groceries. Really, every employee there quite friendly on a Christmas Eve night.”
“Good selection of goods. Store is always clean and in order. Price cutter does seem to be a little more expensive than other stores. Not sure why that is. Also a decent company to work for. Although their wages are not the best. All around a good store where you will most likely find whatever you need.”
“This is the absolute best pharmacy in Springfield, MO. I refer everyone I know. They answer every call with kindness. They assist with medications regardless any extra need (bottle, label, vacation questions) They even remembered a preference of mine! It was so sweet!! The prices are unbeatable!”
“A quick in and out. Clean store. Certainly preferred over a supercenter. They don't have all the things but they are adequate for basic grocery shopping. This store seems to be pretty easy to navigate to the typical clientale seem to be more of the on a mission types than the looky loo/silly dalleys looking for the best deal you find at some Wal-wart stores. There is the occasional lingerer but they move if you look at them slightly annoyed because they are blocking the conclusion of your shopping venture that you didn't want to go on but you really needed toilet paper.”
“As far as Walmarts go, this place is great! I no longer go to the larger Walmart near Sunshine & West Bypass because the neighborhood market has better selection in my opinion. They have a large selection of paleo and gluten free items, and the cashiers are always very friendly.”

“This is such a great market. It’s not big, but what it lacks in size is made up in their selection. They have a little bit of everything. They had everything I needed for my Chile Colorado, also got my tres leches cake fix. They have fresh sweet breads, refrigerated and frozen sections. I also loved their European food section. They have some toiletries and also some fresh veggies for your dishes. Everything was reasonably priced and staff was friendly.”
