“The employees were exceptionally helpful! Maybe her name was Bonita. She was so helpful regarding a food product I needed in the refrigerated area regarding how it tasted for a big dinner on the 4th. She spent at least 15+ minutes. Then took me to a tasting area I didn't know existed in store. She helped greatly in a decision making process important. I needed ribs to BBQ and a guy was unbelievable in helping me find exactly what I needed in my rush against time. Again,I was so greatful. I live way south but this store has the best of pretty much everything. Love the fresh produce!
The produce guy literally went to the back of the store to get a special produce item for my dinner. 5 Stars for P. C. off hwy 65 and Battlefield in Springfield.”

“Love this place! Very clean. Has an extremely wide variety of things you may need. Even obscure stuff like Huancaina sauce (which is delicious) plus plenty of fresh cheeses and frozen items. “Kenneths tree service was a godsend for me. I tried getting several quotes from other tree companies, and just as I was about to settle on one who was not going to be able to get to me for 4 more months and higher priced, a woman I work with told me about Kenneth's who had taken down and removed a tree for her. He showed up within a couple of weeks and took down my entire tree that had been damaged during the April 29th 2025 storm and also grinded my stump for an extremely reasonable price. He hauled everything off and cleaned everything up. I was VERY impressed. He's also a very kind man. You will not be disappointed.”

“ALDI has helped me cut my grocery bill in half (I kid you not). I wish I'd have started coming here sooner. Great variety of items, great produce, great prices. A lot of items you can get twice the size for the same prices as other major stores. Love love love it here”

“I love this establishment. It is tremendously large and offer so many things they have a in-house. Bar liquor store connected a Delhi, a large salad bar. And produce, that would make you hungry, even if you warmed. If you're ever in the springfield missouri area , you need to go to price cutters on battlefield .”

“Absolutely this place, though it has lots of west Africa food stuff, they are considerate of their East African brothers and sisters! Found a few items though...tried the home made jollof rice and it was super delicious ?, mild spicy. What saddened me is that they stopped stocking ' bungee' maize flour which is the best for us. Jumi, the wife is super courteous. Owners please, I'm looking forward for 'jogoo maize flour from kenya', if you can get this...nawaoo ? I go be happy for this America a beg now”

“This store was so very gracious and helpful for so many reasons. We were shopping for an event that our Bible Study was putting on for an Assisted Living Facility. We got what needed and went to check out. Ryan was so very helpful when my gift card would not work. He went to another lane to check customers out while I worked with the card company. He realized that I was stressing but was very calm and helpful. The residents were so excited for their delicious meal. I will go back to this store whenever I am in Springfield.”

My company does live load/unload here and they always give this address. This is not where we ever go. I believe you go to this one for picking up Loaded trailers and check in at building 4. If you come here by accident they can route you to the right place.

These address overlap on Google. It is the parking area and security check in that we use. If you're delivering to building 6 then they will give you a phone number to call.
Right now Le Compte Road is under construction. They finished the South portion and are almost done with the North portion. It's made for trucks.
To get to the 1904 address you need to go 65 South, Highway YY, then Le Compte. Do not use the Kearney exit until it's finished.
There is an electronic sign telling you the same info at the Kearney exit but hard to read fast enough if you weren't expecting it.
Google maps shows the closure and routes you the correct way. My OTR Garmin showed the closure and routed me through it anyway which was wrong. Luckily trip planning saved me that headache.
You can park overnight. Awesome restroom facilities. Keep it nice!”
“While Hy-Vee is always very clean and organized there sometimes things that just set it apart from other stores. I went in last week a few days before prom and was panicking to try to find flowers for my daughter for prom and Melissa in the floral department was so amazing and her flowers were so lovely. She put such a lovely bouquet together and at a very reasonable price. it took so much stress off of me and my daughter thought they were lovely.”

3 awesome walmart associates made my whole month
I was short for one of my transactions and scurried to my car for the remaining balance with no luck
Basically .. soo i finally found the courage (i know it sounds silly i just have very bad social anxiety) to ask one of the associates if they possibly had the remaining amount of change needed but i was greeted with "we had it covered" "we covered it for you"
And i just nearly cried. Times have been really tough and just covering my change amount just made me tear up i thanked them in store but i want to just THANK THEM again it was a truly blessing

“Used to love grabbing a coffee at the Starbucks inside this store. Unfortunately, they've rebranded and it looks like a new company owns it now - no more Starbucks ☹. The rest of the store seems unchanged, though - still has a solid grocery selection, flower shop, and liquor store.”

“I bought a couple of the Gelatys ice cream pops by the self checkout area. The kitty shaped one was melted and the guys working were so kind and helpful. They opened so many boxes for me until we found one that wasn't melted! Excellent service!”
