The second time I went was more than 4-5 weeks later, and they remembered both me and the dog!
I noticed the manager remembered many of the Petteys and people who walked through the doors and all of them were happy to see her. She’s fantastic!
We especially love the hours they hold for walk in nail trims, because that makes it super easy for us to just pop in and keep the dogs claws maintained.”
“Starlings were running off my smaller birds so I went to the Backyard Bird Center to ask what I could do. They advised me that Starlings don't like safflower seeds because they have a hard time breaking the seed. I bought their safflower seeds, and I now see less Starlings because they can't find a seed they're interested in. Thank you!”

“Everyone at Pete and Mac’s is fantastic! Stella Rose loves to go to daycare and see her fur friends as well as her human friends. We have taken advantage of Toe Tappin Tuesday’s as well as Wash me Wednesday’s. Stella is also getting personal training along with enrichment training from various staff members. They have a monthly party for birthdays and usually another party in the month where they take pictures for a minimal fee. And those pictures are the best!”

We stopped in today looking for a new harness for our puppy, and Christine and Jackson went above and beyond. They got down on the floor with us to help fit the harness, offered treats, shared thoughtful recommendations, and made the whole experience extra enjoyable. You can tell they truly love their customers and animals, and want what's best for them.

“I have taken my old man Jenkins here a few times in the year I have had him. If you have a dog with anxiety who shakes like a leaf in the wind, book with Natalie. She gets down on the floor and greets every single dog. If you’ve had a bad experience at this location before, consider giving them another chance and book with Natalie.”
“I called The humane society they said they couldn't help me I found a cat in the dumpster taped up in a box these people took it right away again 20 bucks to do what they had to do it was so sad that somebody could do that. Donate to this place they're good people.”

“The care these animals get is beyond. The volunteers are amazing. I currently am lucky enough to be fostering for this organization. Each cat/kitten is extremely well taken care of. The kennels are meticulously clean. Animals are healthy and ready to go to forever homes.”
