“John is the man! My brother told me to reach out to John for my brake pad replacement, as I was unable to do them myself (a tree fell in my backyard and hit the garage with all the tools). I originally called a few other places and they refused to do the service unless they completely replaced the rotors. Despite me telling these places that I had a full AV joint and rotor replacement at the dealership a year ago. That the rotors should be fine with a resurfacing this time.
John did the job with a resurfacing and also changed my oil and did the state inspection all on the same day. I figured if my car is there and if they had time, I would love to get everything done.
He's awesome! The price for everything lived right up to their namesake, REASONABLE.

“I would give these folks 10 stars if I could. My wife was driving up to Kansas City from Springfield and about 20-25 miles from Harrisonville she called me and said something on the bottom of her car had started scraping along the highway. She pulled over and said a motorist had stopped to help her, looked under her car, and saw that bolts in the front of a large pan had fallen out and the pan was hitting and scraping along the road the road. I googled auto repair in Harrisonville and called Quality Auto Service & Repair. The lady who answered the phone was so kind and gracious, and said when my wife got there they would get her right in. And they did. The pan was just a large dust shield so the mechanic just took it off until she could get back to Springfield tomorrow. Awesome customer service! The charge was beyond fair.....only $10. My only regret is these folks aren't closer to Springfield so I could go to them for all my repair needs. I said they were awesome......but they are beyond awesome!!!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them for all your auto repair and service needs.”

“If you are looking a small locally owned shop this is your place! I worked directly with the owner who was very nice, honest and communicative. My bill ended up being less than he had originally quoted me and he could have charged me the higher amount and I wouldn’t ever known the difference. It’s difficult to find honesty in auto shops these days. The work was fast and great! Highly recommend!!”

“I had a great experience at NCC Muffler. I recently upgraded my vehicle to a tighter, lower suspension (only about 1/4 inch of clearance), and since it’s an older car, I expected the possibility of parts rattling loose. Unfortunately, there’s a huge rut in the road on Bannister Road west of 71 Hwy (if you know, you know), and it completely wrecked my exhaust system.
I only had one day off this week, so I needed a muffler shop that could get me in fast. Chris at NCC didn’t bat an eye, he got me scheduled that same morning and took care of everything. The service was quick, professional, and exactly what I needed.
Highly recommend NCC Muffler for their reliability and great customer service!”

“it is very hard to find great customer service these days. The folks at the Belton Caliber Collision shop were excellent from initial drop off, answering questions and addressing concerns. Pick up after repair, the experience was the same. Libby and Alan are who I primarily interacted with and they were knowledgeable and able to address any concerns as the vehicle in for repair is less than a year old. The repair outcome, my car looks back to its brand new looking status.”
