“I was entirely blown away by the level of dedicated service and support we've received from the Max Motors team - specifically, John and Tom. John and some other folks had been working with my husband for the last few weeks, on finding a suitable solution for our predicament. Communication was always consistent and on-point. We went in today, and met with Tom. He went above and beyond today, showing different options in our price range on the lot and coordinating for other vehicles to be brought in from other locations. He was up front and transparent about pricing and the process, and was able to create a great packaged deal for us to trade in two vehicles. He walked us through each step of the process, explaining everything in perfect detail. His transparency and willingness to run multiple options for payments really meant a lot to us -- as this experience we had today was FAR different from a terrible experience we had last year with a different company. We were able to drive off the lot with a manageable monthly payment (our reason for shopping and trading), feeling comfortable and secure in our decision-making.I'd highly recommend Max Motors for anyone in search of a used vehicle!!! “Took my 2013 Tundra in to be fully detailed by this business mid-week thinking I could get an appointment in a week or so While traveling to have it done. I was sad when they were booked out quite a ways so I asked if I left it if they could maybe work it in. Next day after dropping it off they called me to say it was finished. It was like music to my ears as I figured I would be out of a truck for the weekend. Carol, the woman running the office, was awesome and so pleasant to talk with and her manager, whose name escapes me, were just absolutely great with their help and honesty of when it might be done. The work by Gabe was impeccable and it is like I got a new truck back. Still rides the same but it looks and smells like a million dollars now. Thank you guys so much for work and pleasant demeanor and especially the attention to customer service. The Lexus is next and I can't wait, this time I won't chance getting it done right away but it was sure awesome this once. “I was having trouble finding a place to replace a hose on my classic car when I came across this garage. I am familiar with the building but never realized they did car repairs . What a stroke of luck finding it. They are great! Very straight forward. NO bull. Just honest hard working people. You can't beat the prices either. I had actually picked the car up from another popular place where they had kept it for 2 weeks and hadn't even touched it. They hadnt bothered to order the parts in either.They did leave me with a completely empty gas tank and dirt and bird droppings on the car however. This Main Street garage is a hidden gem.
