“Is it possible for an auto shop to smell like an engine AND give warm and cozy vibes? Yes. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always taking the time to explain the situation/work performed, and often (in my case) going WAY above and beyond to research and solution an unusual scenario (special shoutout to Brad!). They are honest and ethical and don’t prey on consumers. More than once, I’ve approved work that wasn’t able to be tested (the noise never happens when it’s supposed to!), and they adjusted my invoice accordingly.
I also appreciate the tech-forward options (not requirements!, if you’re old school) available to clients. Such as the ability to book online, review proposed and itemized work on my phone before deciding if and how to proceed, and the option to communicate and receive updates via text.
Overall, it’s a knowledgeable shop with a small town feel and big city results.
Or maybe it’s the log cabin interior of the office 😆.”

But these guys came in clutch and delivered what should be an industry standard by now. They were upfront and honest about EVERYTHING. I confess I had tried to buy tires at 3 other large box retailers and a wholesale club warehouse who had no inventory, no path forward to set an appointment, and no knowable staff. Here in my hometown, 10 minutes walk, I got my tires in less than 24 hours. Install installed. Yeah I paid an extra $14 per tire. I’m really happy that I supported a hometown business.”
“Brad and Blackjack is the only place I'll go for custom truck parts! Been going there for nine years. They were in their old location the first time I used them for a truck bed cover. We've since used them for mirrors, truck rails for kayaks, another bed cover on a new truck and nerf bars. All products, installation and advice have been top notch and I've never had an extended wait for anything to be done! I highly recommend Blackjack!”
