“Some of The best people I’ve ever met! Went above and beyond on multiple different occasions, most recently went because I had a taillight bust and my bumper was caved in so it was not easy to just replace.

I had my 1 year old son with me,
and I not only got the part I needed within 5 minutes; but I had almost every member of the staff helping me undo the dent in my car, enough to make it fit into place, & even stayed after close to make sure I got back on the road safe.

“10/10 would recommend. My passenger window was shattered yesterday at work. I am a mom of 2 little ones and I am currently 6 months pregnant. I was freaking out trying to figure out how to remedy this situation. I took it to the dealership close to my work and they informed me it wasn't part of my warranty. However, the dealership kept the car overnight so I could figure out the next steps. I did not feel safe driving it anywhere further as just getting it to the dealership was sketchy. It was cracking just the short distance I had to drive. Working in conjunction with MasterTech, Sandy Muerer State Farm Agency in De Soto, and Twin City Toyota, they got my car fixed and returned to me this afternoon. Their schedule was so busy, but they understood my situation and were able to fit me in today anyway. I couldn't be more grateful. I am so happy to have my car back completely fixed. AND they put a window back in there that was tinted, so I didn't have to pay to get it tinted to match my other windows. 100% recommend.
