“I am a VERY skeptical and observant person and the landscaping alone of Central Auto Body caught my attention BEFORE I even needed them. The upkeep of their area especially during the holidays brings a loving harmony to the neighborhood that I greatly appreciate. So, when my car took ill to a hit and run, I have to admit that I was actually happy to have the honored opportunity to meet the people who operated there, even if it was at my loss. And BOY was I correct! You can judge this book by its cover!!!
Taking my vehicle to Central Auto Body was like taking a loved one to a caring hospital. Without going into the careful, thorough, intimate excellent work that they did in a very timely manner, I first want to thank Rick for holding my hand through the process with daily updates, messages, and responses like a kind doctor walking a loved one through surgery on a parent. Rick explained everything that they found in detail to me including when the mechanics would find more damage that wasn't seen. They didn't rush the work at all. They assured that to get every single thing that was affected by the hit and run my poor Kristina (lol) suffered, all the way down to the bones. I felt VERY comfortable as my care set under their care.
Additionally, AFTER repairs were complete, they cleaned her up to be presentable for pick-up and Rick came out to walk me through all that had been done. THIS is the place to take your car if you want it cared for by people who understand a car lover's love!”

“I’ve been going to 123 Auto for several years after trying several mechanics around STL and always feeling like some of the “recommended” items were bogus. I’ve never felt that way here. I was prompted to write this review after a recent service visit in which they were investigating a transmission issue with my vehicle. After pulling the service code, they informed me that the repair would be several thousand dollars but that if I went to the dealer it was covered by a technical service bulletin and had an extended warranty that would cover the cost in full if done by the dealer. I would never have known that and they saved me all that cost with no benefit to them. I’m now a customer for life here”

“I’ve had the misfortune of needing to replace my windshield 3 times in the last year and a half. I’ve used Master’s Glass LLC For all 3 replacements and each time I’m happier with their service. The office staff and technicians are friendly, helpful, and thorough. It’s easy to get an appointment and they do an exceptional job. “First and foremost I read some of the reviews and somebody was not telling the correct truth I recieved nothing but awesome help I recieved several phone calls as to what I had purchase updates I was getting a window thst was very hard to find I also recieved information as to how I could get it fixed on my suv I cant say enough I wasnt worried about the place its a shop and its folks making a living they have so much stuff what I was also impressed about no cussing no playing friendly people working their its something u notice when are looking around just to waste time. Ms.Terry has awesome customer service she needs a huge big raise just saying lol. The gentleman that took care of the window was quick and I am a happy camper answered my questions told me I am in good hands and I sat in the shop where I saw alot of action folks buying parts and they were busy so if u are looking for parts and wheels I dont work for them I did doubt for a minute but I was proved wrong and so they are my on my list to pass along try the salvage shops first which is cheaper for somethings it took me 2 weeks to find a window for my suv and it was a quater panel window for my vechicle and it was tough to find but they had it put it on and now my suv will pass inspection and I am a happy customer so thank you everyone working at ALS SALAVAGE IT WAS A GREAT DAY.
