My car is currently at B street awaiting parts for repair, so technically I haven’t even seen their work yet, but I have already been so impressed with the customer service! From the minute I first contacted them, everyone I’ve spoken with on the phone has been so nice and informative. Another thing that really impressed me was the night I went to drop my car off, I was unaware that some bad weather was headed towards the shop. A nice man and woman working there were in the process of getting as many cars in the shop as they could fit but there was not enough space for mine. They helped me make arrangements to take my car home for the night to keep it in the garage to avoid hail damage and return the next morning. I just thought that was so kind and considerate of them looking out for me and my car. Thank you B Street for your amazing service. I can’t wait to see my car when it’s finished!”

Hadny truck loaded chained down and I was back home and my truck in the driveway and they were gone within 15 min. From the time I called requesting a tow, to the time I walked in my front door less than 30 minutes . The charge for towing my 4x4 truck was super reasonable.
