“We needed to purchase a propane tank and found this business. We had reached out to businesses closer to us, but they were unresponsive, so this business was a breath of fresh air. They were very easy to work with and delivered our propane tank the next day. In doing so, they made sure everything was placed safely on the ground and connected correctly to our structure. They also filled the tank. We couldn't have been happier!”

Inside, the men's room was spotless and clearly well maintained. I had no hesitation pressing the button to rate the cleanliness as green. It's a small detail, but it shows that Love's takes pride in keeping facilities in good shape for travelers.
The food options were also inviting. The roller grill was stocked, and I was tempted to grab a hot dog, but I opted for a fresh cup of coffee instead. It was hot, flavorful, and exactly what I needed to keep moving.
Overall, this Willow Springs location reflects the strengths of the Love's concept: competitive fuel, clean restrooms, and reliable food and drink options. It's the kind of stop that makes road travel easier and more pleasant, and I’ll happily keep it on my list of go‑to places.”
“I frequent the store mostly because of their competitive gas prices and good fountain drinks. I love that they have crushed ice. The staff is for the most part friendly not always the most knowledgeable. The owner is very polite and helpful and the store is always clean, the girls definitely keep up with that, also the parking lot is always clean and free of trash and for being such a busy store that's a feat. I definitely recommend this place.”

“I can't thank the staff of men and women enough for how they treat me, and the positive impact they have on my day. The young man that is in charge is one of my favorite people to run into.... It's not the Hilton, but it definitely has everything you need what are you in a big rig or the family van, or taking the boat to the lake. Great selection of alcohol, ding dings, huge parking lot, and plenty of good people around to help if needed.”

“HUGE SHOUT OUT FOR TASHA (Pretty sure that's her name) she worked yesterday morning has a bully dog at home. “My only complaint about this place is that sometimes they're not stocked very well & they don't keep tea made in the fountain area. Otherwise, the store is always clean, as well as the parking lot. The staff is friendly & VERY helpful, I even had a cashier lady come out & jump me in the pouring rain so I could get on the road again. I MOST CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!”
