Lots of people waiting in line. Then I couldn't get my phone fixed unless I sent it to another place. And I also wanted to get a wifi box but they also said I had to go through somewhere else. Just a big mess.

The reason I have selected AT&T MOBILE as my provider is because of KATIE. She sent 2.5 hours working with Xfinity to < the switch. It was a long process but she not give up and never loss kindness or professionalism. She was AWESOME. She is great problem solver. Of course, she has a warm, beautiful personality.
