You can't get thru to them on the phone with questions. They want you to leave a message and they don't call back.
After going to urgent care and getting meds Kroger forgot to fill 1 and I didn't notice til I got home. Been calling and leaving messages. No response all day.

I've used this pharmacy for the past 7 years and in the past six months it has been so bad that I am now switching pharmacies. They get a new prescription and can't get it filled within 2 weeks. If you really need your meds that day, DONT go here. I set up a pickup time to try and make the experience better and they tell me to come back in an hour. Well, I gave them over and hour. AND STILL not ready. If you can't keep up then hire more staff. If you can't fill them according to pickup times then don't offer that option. Officially done with Kroger Pharmacy.

I sure hope this reaches the right person! Kroger I guess has been under new management recently, because this is all been a different experience for me. My meds are never filled, so I asked a couple days ago to switch over to a different pharmacy and they said “we technically don’t have to worry until 24 hours”. They didn’t even do that!!! I found out yesterday they didn’t switch anything over, and so I called yesterday. No answer. I called FOUR times today, left a voicemail. NO RESPONSE! I don’t usually go on here and say anything, but this place seriously needs to stop playing with peoples health! I have antidepressants that I’ve run out of now, and I have a vitamin d deficiency and need my meds! The amount of disrespect and not wanting to help people is insane! I do not recommend!

I’ve used kroger for awhile now like years but here lately it’s been horrible service .. they don’t care about patients having their medicine. They never have my prescriptions ready when they say they will be . All they can tell you is we’re backed up .. I’m always running out of my medicine. I don’t recommend kroger to no one...

First time I've tried to use them to fill a prescription because it was across the road from my doctor. After waiting 15 minutes they would not fill it because the billing code was not on the prescription. Back across the road to get the doctor to write that on the script. Back to Kroger and wait 15 more minutes. Now they say they can't fill it because the phone number I have doesn't match what medicare has for my phone number. I then contact medicare and they informed me that while their records show my correct number. Medicare also told me that my phone number has nothing to do with their ability to fill my script. It appears that this pharmacy is staffed by people who don't know what they are doing. I then went to Key Pharmacy where they had no problem filling my prescription.

Everyone in this pharmacy has always been nice and apologetic. The only reason why I'm giving them a 4 instead or a 5 star review is because this Pharmacy is ALWAYS understaffed. So on a busy day you may have to wait longer for your prescription. But I feel like that's management and the White collars fault and not the workers. So they get a 4.5 star review from me and I would recommend this Pharmacy.

I called in my refill at noon on Monday and was told it would be ready by 4pm on Tuesday. I went to pick it up at 1:30 on Wednesday and was told they hadn't gotten to it yet. When I asked how is that even possible I was told there were still 500 customers in line ahead of me and they are processed in the order they are received. To which I replied but I called it in on MONDAY. And she repeated, yes and 500 people called in before you. So in over 48 hours you were still behind over 500 orders? Also, with the number of people they have working there, couldn't they possibly stagger their 30 minute lunch? I always seem to show up when they are closed from 1-1:30.

Yes, Kroger is a large retailer and even more so you would think they would have some sort of a respectable process. Unfortunately, this all starts when my husband and I went in to get our Covid vaccination and some guy whom seemed to not have any type of education or skill gave us the shot. It was questionable from the get-go and we shouldn’t have taken it. Next we moved all of our prescriptions over when for the last five or six times that I had waited in line over 15 to 20 minutes, we were told that the items were out of stock or unavailable. The issue I have is if you are talking to a customer and first of all you are rude and secondly, you can’t tell them that the item is out of stock instead of asking them to come back at another time… You are clearly wasting. My time as well as your time. Therefore, I have transferred all of my scripts to the local Jon’s pharmacy, where they have been amazing, communication is wonderful, and they offer all the discounts on my applicable prescriptions without me even having to ask! If you need a local pharmacy, I’d recommend Supporting small business instead..

They never have prescription done when they say. It's every time excuses after excuses!
