•The staff is ALWAYS helpful and friendly no matter what time I go in there or who is working
•We recently started bringing our puppy in for grooming and the grooming staff was very informative and let me know of all the options for packages, products, maintenance at home, etc.
•They have so many events, we just went to the “Meet the Reptiles” event yesterday and again the staff was very informative, more than patient with all the kids, and created a fun environment to learn and change the way people think about the pets some people shy away from.
This doesn’t even touch on the great deal from PetSmart themselves with shelter adoptions, price matching, training, BOGO deals, the free rewards program, etc. Thank you to every staff member for creating a great environment for people and pets to visit!

700 Shelby Road, Poplar BluffTHANK YOU HILLCREST. Here from outta state. My boxer pup, Frankie, got in a fight with a wild animal. After calling Hicks and another Vet in town , I called Hillcrest. Darlene answered the phone. She could here the panic in my voice and told me too bring Frankie in. NO APPOINTMENT. They got to Frankie in a timely manner (they were busy). Frankie had too have a procedure done. Stitches, anesthetic, medicine and everything cost me less than $500. Being from Colorado, I was amazed at how CHEAP this vet was. I honestly would give this business a 10 if I could. If you need your pet taken care of and with someone who has a heart and live for all fur babies, this is your place.. Anytime I'm here and in need of a vet, Here is where I'll come.

700 Shelby Road, Poplar BluffThis place is wonderful. The ladies at the front desk are all so accurate with everything they do and so very nice. Dr Katherine is my pet's doctor and she is so thorough about everything she does for my animals. Dr Mason does my sheep and he does a wonderful job. I'm sure the other vets are great too. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

Every time I’ve come in, orders are handled quickly and with clear communication. Even when they’re busy, staff still acknowledges you instead of leaving you standing around wondering what’s going on. That alone puts them ahead of 99% of places in town.
Food is usually ready in a reasonable time, and if it’s not, they at least give you a realistic wait instead of ignoring you. Orders are also typically accurate and packaged well, which matters when you’re on a delivery schedule and don’t have time to double back for mistakes.
Overall, they seem organized, respectful of drivers’ time, and consistent. One of the smoother pickup spots in town.
