“I’d give 5 stars but I haven’t got the 50$ deposit back yet. May not have given it enough time either. I had a great experience. Even had an issue with a tire being punctured, I took that car back and they put me right into another one. The ladies out there took great care of me.

“Excellent experience on a Memorial day. Main guy was calm, cool, collected and handled the rush, the grumpy customers, and everything else ...basically solo like a pro. Wow. He knew he stuff, ran the front like a well oiled machine. He deserves a promotion and raise 100%. Good talent for today's wages is hard to come by. Easy to check in, get the vehicle we needed (it's a car rental place, vehicle availability changes often- be happy you got a vehicle today and have some grace) complete the inspection and off we went. Will come back.”

“My new car got dented and I was so stressed about the entire process. Insurance paid for my rental but I was worried about extra out of pocket costs and the overall hassle of getting the car from the repair place which was in Belton. We were picked up, I dropped the car back at the repair place when it was over (thank you for not making me drive to Grandview!) And they called me to let me know everything was done and perfect and my deposit would be refunded. Dahlia (not sure if that's the correct spelling) was outstanding in her customer service. Thank you all!”
