“We rented a car for 5 days. I was very pleased with the rental. The care ride was great. The Customer Service that we received before and after was great. Marlon was are agent before and after. Very welcoming, went over the rental agreement, asked if we had any questions or concerns. Marlon called me to verify they had received the car back and would start the process for return of the deposit. Marlon thanked me using enterprise, advised they have cars for sale and if there was anything we needed in the future just give him call. Job well done Marlon!Sherry”

“Highest marks for Ken and Kim Cragg. I bought a 2002 Toyota Tacoma from them in June 2023 for my son a college (his first vehicle) with 61k miles (all in CA, 100k below average), no weirdness at all, and no rust;) I was skeptical as we all know Facebook Marketplace insanity and the stories of horrible auto dealers. I'm also an engineer so I am pretty demanding, especially on things that depreciate over time. They were very upfront, had 2 mechanic inspections prior to their purchase, gave me a full "spotless" Carfax report, and allowed me to drive the truck to my mechanic. He said it was a "gem" and definitely buy it. I'm glad I did as they had 2 others waiting for me to say no thanks...When my daughter's car died at college just 4 months later (ahhh!) I spoke with Kim. They had a single-owner Honda CRV SE AWD with 116k miles. It did have some rust (it was from IL) but my mechanic also okayed it. My daughter is SO happy to have it. Again they gave me full disclosure, the Carfax report, and even offered to refund my deposit if I was not sure.Next time I need a used car from someone I can trust, I will call Cragg Motors.”

“Needed to quickly rent a car due to my primary car being at a collision center. Because of the unknown timeframe for my car to be ready, and opposite party insurance being a nuisance, I needed to continue updating my rental. Austin, Zack, and Jaden were great to work with. They made sure everything was good to go for the month. Very communicative with logistics of my rental and had answers for every question I gave them. Recommend going here if you're in the area.”

“Insurance claim rental has to call 4 other enterprise to get a car. Watts mill plaza had a few. Great service the guy behind the counter was great he knew I wasn't having a good day, he got me to laugh a few times and he let me pick out my own car. ❤️Oh oh get this he also told me I could leave the car at the collision place when my car was done. Never had been told that.??”

“I had an awful experience at the Enterprise off of Shawnee Mission Parkway in Shawnee, KS so needless to say, I came in with my walls a bit up. “I had the best car rental experience ever at this location. I have rented quite a few cars using Enterprise as well as other car rental companies and the service I received at this location was much more superior than I have ever received at any other location. Everyone was extremely helpful making sure to answer all my questions thoroughly. They were pleasant and made me feel as if my business was important to them. I have never felt this at any car rental company. This was a first for me! From my first telephone conversation with the staff person who assisted me with my initial reservation to picking up my car where I was met at the counter by an extremely friendly and very personable Meka Edwin, everything went smoothly. I want to recognize the employees at this location, and I hope I remember all of you because you all deserve kudos for the job you do - I already mentioned Meka, but I also want to mention Dante H., Corey A., and Christian T. “Good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking out the person on the desk made sure we carefully documented all the little dings in the paint (not that there were a lot), and bringing it back the staff member checked to make sure that the chip in the windshield was already there. (It was.) Also, it just occurred to me, they didn't aggressively try to get me to take their insurance or refueling. The person asked if I wanted insurance, I said I was using mine, and he said cool. I don't think I've ever left a rental desk without feeling like I fought a battle over not raking their insurance.”
