“It was very hot outside and their A/C was broken. Things like that happen so I understood. What was exceptional was Olivia's attitude during a very hot and uncomfortable work day. She was very friendly and asked if we needed any help. She kept a positive attitude the entire time without complaining once. My granddaughter and I were miserable after just 15 minutes so I can only imagine how hard 8 hours of that would be. So the 5 stars is specifically for Olivia.”
