“This was my first time here, and I showed up at the last minute. I hate doing that to people. Veronica that works the front counter was still as nice as could be, and was even smiling and laughing with me. I look forward to coming back. Thanks Veronica!”

“Jeff at ship it now plus is amazing. He has been rolling out new products with new equipment he's purchased. After another business transaction with Jeff I told him id love to have metal business cards. Jeff asked for a sample of my current paper card. He took that sample and designed one with his laser engraver. The cards are great. I asked about other options and today I was surprised to see an array of colors that Jeff brought me. I will be passing Jeffs contact info on to my customers that run their own business's for them to purchase similar products. He also has the ability to do some really cool 3D printing as well. Stop in and check his shop out.”

“BALA IS THEEEE BEST!! love the staff at this location, 10/10 definitely recommended!! Very professional and kind to all who enter store. BALA brings compassion, concern, empathy and has conversations with patrons as though he’s never met a stranger. BALA is particularly special to me as we shared information regarding a personal health condition. He suggested a healthcare provider that has changed my life. BALA and SARA are a great addition to the UPS STORE team, wishing them the best of luck always. Thank you BALA, your much appreciated. ☺️ #133”

“We’ve been using CargoQuotes for our LTL freight shipments, and they have provided absolutely tremendous service. In a fast moving industry where delays and communication gaps are common, they stand out by being reliable, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. They recently went above and beyond on an international shipment for us. We had to move a pallet of various products from the US to Canada. Cross-border shipping is not in our comfort zone but CargoQuotes made it incredibly easy and stress-free. Special thanks to Steve for walking us throught it and answering all our questions. We're thankful we found an amazing freight partner that actually values customer service.”

“A good place, normal office supply atmosphere, but the people usually pick up their attitudes when customers are being helped. They aren't bad or ill mannered like some places I have visited in the past, so already they are a great location when you need to print or mail.”

“J.B was absolutely wonderful in helping my family through the passport application process. He was incredibly patient, kind, and positive throughout the entire experience. He even stayed late to help us! What could have easily been a mundane and stressful process was made completely stress-free thanks to his kindness and professionalism. We truly appreciate J.B and the time he took to help our family. He is such a wonderful person and a true asset to the team! And to top things off someone came in with a package that needed to be mailed, and although the retail side of the post office was closed he stayed after our appointment to assist them.”

“Kristal and Kelly are always super nice and very helpful. We have had at least a year of our postal delivery person, who refuses to deliver our entire neighborhood of mail (I’m not kidding). Long story short, I have gotten to know Kristal pretty well, since I have to drive to get my packages… and who doesn’t order everything online these days, so you can imagine how annoying this is. Kristal is always helpful and finally came up with a solution for us! It took some teamwork, including Bridget, but I am so thankful to hopefully see some light at the end of the tunnel! Our entire neighborhood is so thankful!!! Problems can happen, but when solutions happen- those should be recognized! Thank you!!!”

“I was a bit nervous going here because of the reviews, but the service here was great! No line so I got in quick and sent some packages that had prepaid shipping labels. I was worried they could possible be over the weight limit, but they were fine! The guy working there gave me a receipt and it was so simple and quick.”
