“The ladies at the shop were so kind! Easy to work with and tried to make my visit and easy and smooth as possible. I got there to ship a vacuum back for repair using the fedex service they have at the shop. But I didn’t have a box that would fit. They pulled extra boxes they had from the back that previous customers had left and tried everything they could to get me a box for free. I finally had to go to Walmart and buy a bigger one but I still went back to their shop to ship my package even though I could have chosen a closer fedex drop location. They took time with me to package the whole thing up and secure it nice with whatever extra packaging they had and the bubble wrap I had bought from Walmart. They had a kids movie on which helped to entertain my 6 year old and I had my infant strapped in the carrier on my chest. So it was just a very nice experience all the way around and they made every effort to be accommodating. I would go back and see them just for this reason. Kindness goes a long way.”

“I went in with a mess. Seriously sleep deprived and tired out with stress. Jennifer or Jenn was like an angel from heaven, she was so helpful and extremely patient with me. Most people would've be like, ya good luck with that. I have to use the restroom and run away. Not Jenn she stayed with me for over an hour helping me, got me organized and showed me how to do things. I have never in my life met someone so patient and understanding. She is outstanding and awesome. I guarantee ? I could of never got it done with out her.
