“Very helpful employees and they let you take your time, no pressure at all. They have a lot in stock. Unfortunately, I had to return my recliner because I was having shoulder and back pain, they offer a 10 day window to return certain products, if in new condition, if for any reason it does not work out. I do not know full policy, so please check before you purchase. I felt SO bad that I had to return the chair because these people price-matched and went out of their way to assist me and then made the return process easier than I expected. I am a bit afraid to buy another recliner because I have neurological issues (and it is NOT because of the store experience)Will take my time and if and when I buy another recliner, I will purchase here, again.I honestly got the best service in any furniture store, EVER. From the helpful and friendly sales staff to the lady who assisted on the returns and issuing me my credit back to my credit card, it was so easy and very organized.The delivery process is excellent, way better than I experienced from the bigger furniture store in KS when I bought a washer and dryer etc. in the past. The delivery people were also very helpful and friendly. I can highly recommend this store and will be back because of the excellent experience and I like to support my local stores, where possible. “I just love World Market. We visited this location recently and ended up buying way more than we planned! They had a lot more Asian snacks then from what I remembered and the food aisles were stocked with tons of different things! The store was pretty clean overall, the staff we talked to were very friendly, and of course got a free cup of coffee/tea when we got there which is always great. Overall, even though we don't visit this location much, it is definitely a nice location!”

“This is a wonderfully maintained World Market location within a dying shopping center. I visited in mid-August, so the fall décor was out and looked so fun. My purchases were from the wonderful selection of foods, though—some crackers and crisps to accompany cheese, plus an imported jam. The woman working there was incredibly friendly and helpful.”
“I came in thinking that I would just peruse and see what this store offered. I was delighted by the knowledge and friendliness of the owners (who truly work in their small business). They listened to my questions and steered me in the right direction. I left with more than I expected and a list for my next visit! “This is one of my favorite ReStores to go to. It's not at large as some others, but it still manages to have a large selection of quality items. The employees have always been kind and helpful to me and I can usually find just what I'm looking for (and even some things I didn't plan on getting!!). They price things fairly and accurately (I've been to other ReStores that feel overpriced) and always have a deal going on. Highly recommend.”

“Selection : Home Decor freaks this is the place for you. No other store in KC inspires me more. I literally could roam this store for hours. I love the small things to the furniture pieces. There is surely something for everyone. Perfect place to shop if you are looking for a house warming gift as well. Unique and charming pieces. I really felt like every corner was a page from an AD magazine. Service : Kind and friendly. I didn't feel like I was being hounded -- which is great. But I also felt like I was acknowledged so if I did need any assistance I wasn't running up and down the stairs. Value: The pricing is pretty accurate and reflects the trends of today. I would expect mid-high prices. Although I found the clearance section to be quite affordable.”
