“I am very happy with my entire experience working with Vinca. I was looking for a pretty simple moss agate ring, and I had just expected to never see what a moss agate looks like in person before I had the finished ring in my hand. Well... They had moss agate in store! This was the first sign that this place was a good find. Then when talking about what I wanted made, they were very helpful, not trying to upsell anything, just very genuine and helpful! The whole experience was so pleasant. This was my first time getting custom jewelry, so I had no idea what to expect, and everyone was so nice and patient with me. They reassured that I could trust them, and I am very glad I did, because the moss agate center stone, which I was a little worried about, looks fantastic. If you look up moss agate, you will quickly realize that this is not an easy stone to get right. Each one is so different, and there are so many different aspects you could want in one. The people working at Vinca have good taste. You can trust them to make a really amazing ring. I bet you could hand draw something with your non-dominant hand with a few bullet points to aid your poor illustration and they could probably produce something really great. It is easy to see the wealth of experience and passion here. An absolutely fantastic find that I thank God for. Cant wait to go and get the bands made too!”

“I don't normally write reviews - but I had such an incredible experience today getting my eyebrow re-pierced with Clay! It was probably the most comfortable I've felt during a piercing, I enjoyed Clay's vibe and he was easy to chat with. The first time I got my eyebrow done at a different shop it hurt pretty bad and I had a lot of bruising, not to say some won't still develop, but Clay was so gentle and professional the piercing bit actually felt really nice. “Will never do business with them again, albin retired , but I had sold lots of my jewelry with him in the past, I go in months after he had left to sell a couple more things of mine, they give me a value , then tell me my name is flagged and I can no longer do business with them , I ask them why, for what , they won't give me an answer , I'm going to investigate this myself. Ruined my whole day . Isn't the customer supposed to know why my information is flagged ? What does that even mean, bad service”
