“I don't normally write reviews - but I had such an incredible experience today getting my eyebrow re-pierced with Clay! It was probably the most comfortable I've felt during a piercing, I enjoyed Clay's vibe and he was easy to chat with. The first time I got my eyebrow done at a different shop it hurt pretty bad and I had a lot of bruising, not to say some won't still develop, but Clay was so gentle and professional the piercing bit actually felt really nice. Thank you Clay and the Supernatural team, I will definitely be returning! :)”

“As soon as I walked in the door Teresa L. greeted me and made me feel right at home! ?. She helped me from the beginning to the end. Which says a lot since I was really unsure of what I wanted the final product to be. I had an “idea” but she helped bring it to life! She assisted in designing two necklaces for my granddaughters, but in the process we realized we were somewhat neighbors (same neighborhood). The conversation was great, she made me feel completely comfortable in the decisions made for the design and it didn’t feel like she was ever trying to “upsell” or anything of the sort. Beyond satisfied with this experience and would go back 100 percent of the time if / whenever in the market again for jewelry. Jared in Independence has picked up one dedicated customer due to the service provided by Teresa!”
