“Excellent prices & excellent steak & salmon, especially the Mediterranean seasoned ones! I still shop at the same Aldi I've been shopping at since it was built.
However, I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED that my Aldi store has stopped carrying the gallons of Arizona Tea! I found these one day while shopping & tried it out to find it delicious! I bought 2 gallons of tea weekly since then, until they stopped carrying the gallons! I tried the landfill-bogging cans that they started carrying & they didn't taste the same at all! When I asked why it was discontinued, I was told by every employee, (all but the last one I asked) that they had never carried the gallons in this store. The last person I asked knew they had been in shock for quite some time, & told me that he was told that they were no longer available. So, now I have to pay almost twice as much for this product buying it from other stores. I'd like to know the real reason Aldi stopped carrying this product at my store?”
“We made sure we brought a cooler with us when driving 3 hours into KC just for this shop. Snagged some bacon, chicken pot pies, and some seasoning. ? We didn't get their sandwiches next door this time, but I've had their food at their Pigwich food truck many years ago. So glad they've expanded and are doing so well!”

“Affordable produce and fruits, many are cheaper than at Walmart. I love mangos, papayas, watermelon, cantaloupes, and avocados- decent prices. Anything Hispanic, the store has it. Convenient. The store is clean. Aisles are small, difficult to maneuver shopping cards. Paper products and detergent are more expensive than at Walmart. No varieties of yogurt cups, yogurt drinks and ice cream-only a few with Hispanic brands. There is a Hispanic bakery, don't buy it, so no comment. There are grilled chickens outdoors. You pay at the cashier 17.50 per chicken. Grilled chickens look crispy and yummy. I have not tried it yet. Done chicken and raw chicken touch each other, uncomfortable with contamination. See people buying the chickens so they must be good.”

“Our company catered HoneyBaked Ham for the team members the day before Easter. I was DELIGHTED with the quality of the lunch box. The ham was delicious and not too salty, and the use of the croissant for the bread was amazing and unique!! tomatos were fresh and not watery, and the lettuce was crispy! the sandwich was also big enough for me to save some for later. Our company has catered from several different places but they have all been pretty “meh”. I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect than the lunch we got today from the honeybaked ham team in Lee’s summit!!”
“Fareway...formerly McGonigles...is my go to meat market. they have the best meat, at the best prices. They also have seasonal local produce. Great people, great products.”
“McGonigles is no more - this new store in it's place looks pretty good. However they do not have the pre-order roasts and seafood for the holidays that McGonigles had. Heard Mr. McGonigle retired and no one wanted to continue, so he sold to the new company. Going to miss them!”
“Stands above the rest and costs a little more but not as much as some (name) national brands. The cuts are pretty much flats but the secret to this corned beef is that it's packaged in the seaaoning corns so the whole beef gets to soak in the spices unlike all the others who put a slice package in that has to be added and has little effect on the flavor. Freinds who move away from KC particular my east coasters always mention they miss good BBQ and Boyles on St Paddys.”
“I visited Kansas City last 2 weeks. My choose was price chopper .Excellent offers , very clean , a little more expensive price that in Houston tx .Barbara cashier shows great displeasure in her face . What a shame to end this like .Tk Tk like this business”
“Fantastic selection, great prices, and friendly staff! Convenient location, and the QR codes on invoices make shopping even easier. Despite ongoing construction outside, the store maintains a clean and organized environment. Highly recommend!"”
“Pollard's has that hard-to-find hog head cheese. But that's not all... you can find a vast selection of high-quality products here. It's like a paradise if you care about getting amazing cuts of healthily raised beef, pork and chicken. They also have many specialty items for cooking, smoking, BBQing and baking. Everything from pellets to wood to spices, sauces, seasonings, rubs, condiments and more. Be sure to check out the meat packages #1 - #6 if you have a deep freeze or a big event planned.”
