Property manager Jessa went above and beyond with customer service!! Rented a space online that stated it was climate controlled, showed up and it was not! Jessa jumped into action and got me in a unit that was climate controlled. Courteous and professional!! Give this girl a RAISE!!!!!

Although I think the rates are kind of high ( in all fairness it’s been a long time since I’ve rented a storage unit) Sherry, the property manager was extremely nice, efficient and cooperative.
