Trailhead Books is a great little bookstore in Raytown. It offers a great selection of new and used books, as well as puzzles, games, stationary, and gifts. The store is nice, calming, cute, and organized, with areas to sit and enjoy coffee or tea, plus a place for kids to play games. The staff is great and awesome with local authors, hosting fun community events like silent book clubs and book signings. If they don't have what you are looking for, they can order it. This local gem deserves all the love.

Stopped by here for just a minute and I’m sold. Next time I’m going back when I’m not in a hurry. I grabbed a book off the $.99 used paper back track to take to the beach. There were a LOT to choose from. Lots of new books too but I only had time to hit the $.99 rack.

What a lovely bookstore! Not only do they have a great selection for adults, but they have fun activities for kids. Well worth a trip; can't wait until my next one.

Nice little used book store. Could have a larger selection but there was a wide range of subjects. Worker was very friendly and there was a started jigsaw puzzle there that I presume you could work on.
