“The staff was very helpful but it was a mess. They had about 8 staff trying to restock and it was hard to shop. The gentleman apologized for the mess. It's a fun store to shop at.”
“Previous visit: Cashier was knowledgeable and friendly of our expectations. Store was not properly equipped to handle having a wheelchair on some isles due to product in the lanes meant for shoppers. No Auto opener on doors or way to prop door open to bring in wheelchair. Able to find items we were shopping for with no issues.Most recent visit: store was still plagued with boxed product in the floor and the lack of store wide improvements such as self check out and handicap friendly doors a way to improve.”

“Convenient store located on the outskirts of Springfield. They have all the items a typical Dollar General has but if you are from specific states or areas this one also has something you might not be used to in such stores, alcohol like beer and wine. That was a nice surprise during my stop here and I was able to save a trip elsewhere. They also had everything else I came for in stock. Checkout was simple and quick and the store was not too crowded. Overall, good store.”

I have had the pleasure of shopping at this Dollar General for over a year and from Christian the manager to Adam the assistant manager Molly, Michael and Thomas ALL have been courteous, kind, professional and helpful in assisting me to locate products, ALWAYS friendly and welcoming me into the store with a cheerful smile. The shelves are always stocked, and I have especially noticed their patience when assisting Senior Citizens in processing their orders, does that mean on a rare occasion I may wait just a tad bit longer to get checked out while they are HELPING someone, sure, but NORMALLY they process my shopping order quickly, courteously and professionally, and when I am elderly and disabled I know I’ll get the same kind and patient customer service. Funny as I think of it they all make it seem like I’m entering a huge home pantry with helpers to find what I want.”
“Love this store. Ladies that work here are very nice! Some items are 1or 2 dollars higher than Walmart that’s down the road. Some items that are in the $1 section you can find elsewhere for under a dollar. Also do NOT buy the Halloween wigs!!!!!!! I know that they are cheap, only $8 but these are the most cheapest made wigs I have ever seen. Half of the wig has no hair, it’s just strips of hair. You can’t brush the wig because the hair falls off. It’s not even worth a dollar. I wouldn’t take it if they gave it to me for free. I wasn’t expecting much but this shouldn’t even be sold. It’s going back!”

“I pass up two other Dollar General stores to shop at this one in Billings. It is well organized and not cluttered and the employees seem to enjoy their jobs and enjoy interacting with the customers. A good experience every time I'm shopping.”

“Great for convenience and missing the crowds at Walmart. They get top ratings today because the soap dispenser at the laundry mat was out of order and it's Thanksgiving day and Walmart which is closer is closed!!!! Dollar General was open and saved the day ?”
