Pet Facilities in Republic
Pet Grooming
Bow Wow Pet Resort LLC
830 East Colter Drive, RepublicEveryone did a really great job in taking care of our dog, Odie. He is a handful, and he seemed like he had a really good time. He has been there a total of three times, which included twice for boarding. We were referred by our vet’s receptionist, and also a friend who is a pet sitter.

Bark Avenue Republic LLC
106 North Main Street, RepublicThey are just the absolute best. Wonderful owners and workers who really care about our dog and know him by name when we walk in. We always feel comfortable dropping our dog off for a short stay or over a long period. Either way we know Chief will be well taken care of by people who care.

Tailwaggers
627 East Harrison Street, RepublicFirst time here and they treated my girl great 🙂 My dog has terrible anxiety and can be aggressive when trimming nails especially. They were very honest about my dog's behavior and even recommended a game plan going forward. Not to mention, way more affordable than Petco. Definitely recommend 🙂

Dr. Melanie Fergason DVM
574 E Harrison St, RepublicSpecifically, Dr. Melanie Fergason as she saved my 4-month-old schnauzer this week. It was hard to get past the gate keeper to make contact with Dr. Fergason since we were an impromptu but emergent early morning visit but once seen, this vet was beyond wonderful!!!

Crossroads Animal Clinic, LLC
7523 West Farm Rd 170, RepublicMy dog Sadie had hurt her back leg and was limping. I did not want her to go into the weekend doing that and could not get the current vet to work in. I called them upon a recommendation of another one of their customers and I am so glad I did so. Sadie is normally scared of anyone that is trying to give her shots or work with her medically. They had her wagging her tattoo out everything they did, including the shots and checking the back leg. She got medication to get her through the weekend and also. If we could avoid surgery. She is doing wonderful now still a slight limp but nothing like she was and still taking the medicine. It was a wonderful experience for me because Sadie was not Hurt*. And a wonderful decision for her. They were wonderful. I believe they have three vets in House and as you go to Republic, they will be on road 170 immediately as you turn on that road. Take the chance you’ll be glad you did.

Pet Sitting & Training
A Rustic Retreat Pet Lodge
180 State Hwy 174, RepublicWe love bringing our 10lb miniature poodle mix here for doggy daycare. Ashley and the other staff go out of their way to make sure she is taken care of. It is so convenient to have this attached to the vet clinic. If Nova ever needs anything Ashley will run her over there for us during the day. You can not beat their prices and they are great to the animals.

Republic Animal Control
732 State Hwy 174, RepublicWonderful people running the RAC! We went to meet a sweet Siamese that they had for adoption, and we fell in love. They do a foster to adopt option, which we did as we have other animals and wanted to make sure they would all get along. They put up with us coming everyday to check Crab Rangoon (yes, that’s her name and yes we kept the name haha) and loving on her til we could bring her home. Shes been a wonderful edition to our family and all thanks to RAC!
