Nails, ears, cut, shampoo , all of it. This was the third groomer I have taken my little Yorkie. First she introduced herself and he immediately ran up to her as if he had known her all his life. He was not intimidated at all. He was happy when we picked him up and wagging his tale. We are just so pleased. I'm happy we finally found our groomer.

Dr. Bacon spent a lot of time with our geriatric (16 year old) Boston Terrier and gave a very thorough examination and explained any concerns we had. She gave honest feedback and options for treatment. Can tell that she and her staff care about the animals they see. Highly recommend bringing your animals to her.

5515 N Farmer Branch Rd, OzarkWhen our cat broke his back leg, both fibula and tibia Dr. Divine was able to fix his leg. The clinic had a full plan with check up dates from the beginning. They quickly got Loki in, had surgery and monitored him over his healing with X-rays and lazer treatment for the scar. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming ❤❤❤ Thank you!

840 Finley Farms Ln, OzarkCoffee drinks are usually lukewarm but tasty. I have asked repeatedly for hot coffee and it seems an impossible task. Pastries are pretty good, despite the employees warming them when you say no and not warming them when you say yes. The service is all a bit random.
The younger female staff usually seem more interested in chatting with each other than handing you your coffee and food. Perhaps that's why it is half cold by the time you get it.
